How do we do that?
Bending and Rolling
Once the tubes or box sections have been cut to the correct length and provided with the required openings according to the specifications, the bending process can begin.
Tube bending is a process that requires extensive knowledge and craftsmanship. Just like the tube laser, the tube bending machines are operated remotely by our engineers. When programming the bending parameters, the engineer uses the tube laser data as a starting point, ensuring that any cut-outs or tapped holes are positioned exactly right after bending.

What can we bend?
Schouten & Visschers has two machines for bending tubes and box sections: a Wafios B-10 and a BLM bending machine. With these, we can process tubes and profiles up to a diameter of 45 mm.
ExamplesPost-Processing
Even when your metal components need a finishing touch, we’re here to help!
We have the machines and expertise in-house to perform additional operations such as:
-
Spot welding
-
Pressing nuts or inserts
-
Drilling holes (with or without threading)
-
Various CNC machining operations

How are the tubes post-processed?
Schouten & Visschers uses an AXA VSC 3XTS, which enables us to machine large formed tube and box profiles with high precision.
