Less weight, more strength
Every day, millions of pallets are used to collect, transport and deliver goods. For one of our customers, we improved the metal pallet blocks in their design. By adding reinforcement at several positions, the customer saved 20% on cost price. How did we do that? Thanks to the reinforcement, the material thickness could be reduced from 4 to 3 millimetres. This resulted in less weight while making the product stronger. A win-win situation when every gram counts.

We know how important a smooth production process is—and how efficient logistics contribute to this. That’s why we deliver the requested products at exactly the right time for further assembly. It just makes sense.
