We also carry out a wide range of tube and box section processing partly in-house. Bent and rolled tubes are often part of welded assemblies — and of course, we’re happy to take care of all the necessary subsequent steps for you!

Pressing

On our presses, we can fully automatically punch, crease, deform, and tap threads in a single production run. Depending on the desired batch size, the material, and the specifications of your product, we produce on fully automated presses or on manually fed presses operated by our operators. The tools for this are designed by our engineers and not only manufactured but also maintained in our in-house tool workshop. After all, we like to make a good impression!

Toolmaking

Our toolmaking department specializes in developing, producing, and maintaining tools used in our production process. We are capable of producing tools for both small production runs and large-scale manufacturing. We have particular expertise in creating complex progressive die tools for our automated metal presses.
