New Lock, Same Design
A sliding door lock must meet strict anti-burglary requirements. For one of our customers in this sector, we improved the lock of an existing door system. We developed a new lock with the same dimensions and design as the previous model, but with additional reinforcement. By adding strengthening ribs in the radius, we ensured that the lock complied with the required burglary resistance standards. And because the dimensions remained unchanged, the manufacturer didn’t need to make costly adjustments to the rest of the system.
