Bringing production back to the Netherlands
One of our customers had the strips for chair seats produced in Eastern Europe. It was cheaper, but it also had its drawbacks. That’s why he decided to come to us. Together, we developed a method where we automatically press the strips using a progressive punching and bending tool instead of laser cutting followed by additional processing. For this, we designed custom tooling in our own workshop. That investment resulted in a cost price 25% lower than that of the Eastern European competitor. A good reason to bring production back to the Netherlands.

Support throughout the entire process
As a furniture designer or furniture manufacturer, you care deeply about your designs. After all, they end up in the home or office of the end user, who should enjoy them for many years. That’s why we carefully craft the metal components needed to realize the chairs, cabinets, beds and other furniture pieces you design.
In our metalworking factory, we produce frames and metal connectors, strips and profiles for furniture. They give the product its strength and often play an important role in its appearance. And while you focus on the design of the final product, our engineers critically review the design of the metal components. They continuously advise you on how production can be smarter, faster and better.
We handle production in our own factory. Here, we have everything in-house for series-based tube processing and sheet metal processing, welding and machining. We understand how important a smooth production process is—and how efficient logistics contribute to this. That’s why we deliver the required products at exactly the right time for further assembly. It just makes sense.
